How do I track my order?

Once your order has been processed and/or made you will receive a shipping confirmation email (with the email you used at checkout). Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to process.

Tracking is via Canada Post and USPS. If your order is to be delivered to a US address you will first have to track it via Canada Post and then once it crosses the border you will then track it via the USPS website.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Be sure to find your country at the “Rest of World” Tab at checkout if you’re ordering outside of Canada and USA.

How long will my order take to deliver?

Delivery times vary and all business days listed below are approximate estimates. Orders ship from Toronto, Canada. Keep in mind delays may occur that is out of our control*

Xpresspost: 2-4 days

USA

Standard Regular Parcel (Including tracking):5-12 days

Xpresspost: 2-4 days

REST OF WORLD

No tracking: 7-12 days

Standard Tracking (Including tracking): 5-12 days

DHL Express: 2-5 days

Can I change the shipping address?

Please email us ASAP, if your order hasn’t been shipped yet we can update the address as long as 24 hours hasn’t passed and proof of I.D. has been confirmed.

You are responsible for making sure you enter the correct address and apt/unit number.

If you’re in the process of moving please wait until you have settled at your new place to place an order, this is to protect your order and us from missing packages, confusion and etc.

Why hasn’t my tracking been updated?

Don’t worry your package is still on its way to you. High volumes of deliveries to be made by USPS/Canada Post and holidays contributes to your package being delayed.

We have noticed that our carrier service doesn’t always scan packages along the way to it’s journey to you. Please give your package up to 5 business days if you notice this.

Thank you for your patience, it is greatly appreciated.

What hasn’t my order shipped yet?

Your order is either still being processed, please allow 1-3 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) and/or if you purchased a “made to order” item, it is individually being handmade.

We want to make sure your Tani by Tani pieces is up to great standard and quality for you, thank you for your patience and understanding.

Orders are shipped 2-5 business days after your purchase date (ready to ship). Please allow 1-2 weeks for a made to order item before your order ships.

(Business days exclude Saturday, Sunday and Holidays)

Are refunds accepted?

Since all pieces are individually and uniquely hand made and with Covid-19, refunds are not accepted on items nor sale items.

In small cases, if you have not received your order from your carrier whether it has been lost or stolen, with proof you might be eligible for a refund.

My package has been lost or stolen. What should I do?

Please first contact your local carrier and file a claim for your best solution and info on what is going on with delivery. If they have no further information or solutions please then contact us by filling out a form via the home page or send us an email at: Tani@taniriches.com

We are not responsible for any items that have been lost, stolen or damaged during shipping. But, we will try our best to help and potentially offer your refund.

Why hasn’t my order been delivered to me yet?

All orders are processed in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. All international order are subject to be inspected and cleared by customs. Please understand we cannot control how fast or slow your items get to you. It is out our hands once shipped.

Delays occur depending on the volume at customs, Covid-19 impact and large amount of deliveries made during holiday seasons.

Please hold on tight, if you’re truly concerned about where your package is then file a claim with your local post office.

How do I take care of my Tani by Tani pieces?

Certain pieces will have a care label attached to the garment, please refer to that label and follow the instructions.

In other cases, if a care label isn’t provided, hand wash cold to prevent shrinkage and hang dry.
